- Welcome to Ribbons 'N Rhinestones! We are two moms who orignially started out by making fun flip flops and hair bows for our young daughters. We had such a positive response from friends and relatives (and strangers as well) that we decided to start a business. What started as a little hobby has now grown into quite a nice little endeavor, keeping us busy moms even busier!! We've expanded from primarily little girl footwear by adding adult sizes and styles as well and eventually incorporated a Bridal / Cocktail line... designing custom bridal flip flops for the entire wedding party AND a Sports Team Line! We show our products mainly thru craft fair type venues and by word of mouth.... However, if you see something you like (and you don't live in the Tucson area) we will ship! I love your blog. Such neat ideas, and love the scrapbook pages. My daughter scrapbooks bigtime! I live in NW NM and have a couple of questions about your family reunion at Glorieta, NM. Did you enjoy the time there? How many people attended your reunion and were there activities there to meet the needs of all attendees? Our family holds a reunion every four years, with 100-120 attending. I've attended Christian Writers' Conferences at Glorieta three times, and was impressed with their facilities, but didn't realize they would allow family reunions there. Could you comment on your experience there? Thanks!
(btw...my son and daughter-in-law live in Vail, AZ also! They were married in March of '06, i think it was, and it snowed two inches at our son's house that morning!) Gotta love the desert!
